All Sales are Final. Please read all product and service descriptions carefully before purchasing and/or booking
Shipping policy: processing time is 3-5 business days ( does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time)

Return/exchange policy: we do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged, please contact moonherbals.botanica@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails must include order number, description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not damaged (at the discretion of the seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. *Damaged products include crack or malfunction with bottle/jar or label.
Our products are handmade with intention in small batches to ensure potent quality. Due to this process and the use of plant-based and all -natural ingredients, slight differences in color, smell, or consistency are possible and may occur.
